As we use a print-on-demand (POD) business model, all items are uniquely produced just for you after an order is placed.

This means our shipping process involves both a production time and a shipping time.

1. Order Processing & Production Time

Once your order is placed, it is sent to our suppliers (Yoycol and Tapstitch) for production.

  • Production Time: This typically takes between 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) depending on the product type and current order volume.

Orders are transferred to production shortly after payment.

Please note that once an item is in production, it cannot be canceled or refunded (only the shipping fee would have been refunded in this case).

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

After production is complete, your order will be shipped using Standard Shipping (as it’s free).

The estimated delivery time depends on your location.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is completely free on all orders, worldwide.

4. Order Tracking

We provide a tracking number for every order so you can monitor your package’s movement.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been picked up by the logistics provider.

5. International Orders, Customs, and Import Fees

We proudly offer free international shipping.

  • Customs/Import Duties: The customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged by their country’s customs office upon delivery. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.
  • Phone Number Confirmation : For some international orders, our shipping partner may email you to confirm the correct phone number before shipping to prevent delivery issues. Orders may be held for up to 90 days if the phone number is not confirmed.

6. Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages

  • Wrong Address: We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. No refunds or replacements will be issued in this case.
  • Unsigned/Unclaimed Packages: If a parcel is not signed for due to personal reasons or remains unclaimed after a certain period, the customer is responsible, and no refund will be provided.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receipt.

Please provide a description of the issue and supporting photos.

Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense.
